    Very impressive, a red caviar SPb Daily Photo decoration … By “toasted pancake” do you mean fried in a pan or griddle? Or is the pancake of a consistence you can place it in a toaster like you would bread?

    Denton, I mean fried in a pan. Usually the paste for these pancakes is too liquid to prepare them in any other way except a pan.

    It is absolutely lovely, this Russian pancake. If that is what you eat you are lucky as it is really good looking. I eat bacon and eggs. Not nearly so beautiful.
